Whether you're looking for simple corporate t shirt printing for a company event or a run of high quality custom snapback hats for a brand launch, the journey from concept to finished product is exciting and rewarding.

Step 1: Send Us Your Design Files.
Provide a technical flat sketch with three views (in PDF or AI format) to clearly show every detail.
Step 2: Receive a Quote.
Our customer service team will provide you with a one-on-one quote and a detailed cost breakdown, including fabric, workmanship, quantities, etc.
Step 3: Confirm the Collaboration.
If you're happy with the quote, we'll sign a formal contract (NDAs are also available upon request) and arrange for sampling.
Step 4: Select Fabrics & Craftsmanship.
We'll present a variety of fabric options for you to choose from and discuss craftsmanship details like embroidery, printing, and trims to ensure the materials match your vision.
Step 5: Create the First Sample.
Once the fabric is confirmed, the first sample will be completed within 7 days, giving you an initial look at the finished garment.
Step 6: Suggest Revisions.
You can provide feedback based on the first sample. Our pattern makers and designers will make precise adjustments according to your input.
Step 7: Produce the Final Sample.
After adjustments are made, we'll create the complete final sample, incorporating all the craftsmanship details you've specified. This process usually takes about 7-14 days.
Step 8: Sample Approval.
Once the sample is ready, we'll send photos and videos from different angles for your confirmation, ensuring every detail meets your expectations.
Step 9: Ship the Sample.
After the sample is approved, we'll ship it to you via courier within 5-7 days, so you can feel the fabric and try it on yourself.
Step 10: Start Bulk Production.
Once the sample is confirmed to be perfect, we can proceed with mass production!
